3T Medical Systems Acquires Enterix, Inc.

November 15, 2022, Canton, MI, USA -3T Medical Systems, Inc. (3TM), is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Enterix Group from Clinical Genomics Technologies Pty Ltd. The transaction significantly expands 3TM’s product portfolio and customer base in the U.S. and Internationally.

Based in Edison, New Jersey, and North Ryde, Australia, Enterix is a leading manufacturer and distributor of medical diagnostic products that focus on screening adults aged 45+ for colorectal cancer. Enterix introduced its Fecal Immunochemical Test (“FIT”) technology in 2001 and has sold over 50 million FIT screening test kits since its inception. The Company’s InSure® One^TM collection and developer kits are distributed through Quest Diagnostics, medical supply distributors, and physician office laboratories to patients in the U.S., Australia, and New Zealand.
